Dear customer:
Beginning on 2:00 p.m. in Beijing on January 12, 2018, the site experienced abnormal amount of traffic and connections, causing the server overload, site access abnormality, and some users experienced login exceptions. On 9:55 p.m., some nodes reached the load limit and we did emergency maintenance, but due to the large number of our server clusters, the site was completely suspended at 21:59PM and all user’s funds were not affected. During downtime, some user can still deleg ate orders and some users cannot access or withdraw the order normally. For the sake of fairness, we decided to restore the transaction back to 21.55 PM, and deeply apologizing for the inconvenience and impact that affected the majority of users, and hope to get your continued support and understanding!
To make up for the customers loss, we have decided to continue to waive the transaction fee for another week (1.15-1.21.2018). Please contact our customer service if you have any question or concern.
