3/17/2023 15:00 (UTC+8), deposit function will be enabled; 
3/17/2023 16:00 (UTC+8), GDX/USDT trading and grid trading will be enabled;
3/17/2023 15:00 (UTC+8), withdrawal function will be enabled.
