How to Deposit Assets on Bibox

1.Click "Asset-Wallet".

2.Select the currency to be deposited and click "Deposit"; or enter the "Asset - Deposit" page to select the currency to be deposited.

3.Copy the "deposit address" to the third-party platform (wallet or other trading platform) that needs to transfer the currency, find "withdraw" or "transfer", and fill in the address.

 

Let's take USDT as an example: After selecting the digital currency USDT, first determine the "chain name" for the transfer. Currently, the platform supports TRC20, ERC20, OMNI, HECO, BEP20,  Palygon, AVAX, SOL and other chains for deposit.

When we select the TRC20 chain, the QR code and address are the addresses corresponding to the name of the chain, and we need to paste the address into the input box of the withdrawal platform to withdraw. After the withdrawal is confirmed by the block network, it can be displayed in the deposit record.

 

Note: Please confirm the name of the chain before depositing, and ensure that the name of the third-party platform's withdrawal chain is the same as the name of the Bibox deposit chain, otherwise it will cause asset loss.

If the digital currency you need to deposit (such as EOS, etc.), both the deposit address and Memo are required, you need to provide the Memo and copy your deposit address to avoid asset loss.

1. On the "Assets" page, click "Deposit"

2.Search or find the currency you need to recharge in the currency list, then click it to deposit.

3.Copy the "deposit address" to the third-party platform (wallet or other trading platform) that needs to transfer the currency, find "withdraw" or "transfer", and fill in the address.After the withdrawal is confirmed by the block network, it can be displayed in the deposit record.

 

Or you can scan the QR code with the transfer platform, and the address will be filled automatically.

 

Note：Please confirm the name of the chain before depositing, and ensure that the name of the third-party platform withdrawal chain is the same as the name of the Bibox deposit chain, otherwise it will cause asset loss.

 

* Different assets have different deposit addresses. Please make sure that the address is correct when recharging to avoid asset loss.
