【Announcement】Bibox System Upgrade Notice

Dear Biboxers,

In order to provide users with better trading experience, Bibox will upgrade the system at 0:00 on 05/19/2019 (GMT+8), the estimated upgrade time is 6~9 hours. The details are as follows:

1. During the upgrade, exchange trading (including API service of exchange trading), BIX bond, margin trading, and withdrawal functions will be suspended.
2. Deposit function, contract trading (including API service of contract trading), and fund transfer service will not be affected. 
3. For the trading experience, we suggest that users delist exchange, BIX bond, and margin trading orders in advance, the system will automatically delist these orders during the upgrade.

The upgrade time is estimated, the specific progress of the upgrade will be timely synchronized on the official social media. You can follow the latest progress through Telegram, Twitter, and Facebook. Bibox will inform you through another announcement as soon as the upgrade completed. Sorry for any inconvenience this brings to you.
