1.  If two users happen to have the same trading volume then time shall be the prevailing factor.
2. Cheating is prohibited to ensure the fairness of the event. All rights associated with the violator will be suspended when a user is caught cheating. If the case is deemed severe, the accounts associated with the violation will be permanently suspended.
3. The accounts with preferential rates are not allowed to participate in this activity.
