In order to provide users with better contract trading experience, Bibox will upgrade the contract trading system at 8:00 P.M. on 11/07/2019 (GMT+8), the estimated upgrade time is 48 hours, which may be concluded early or postponed according to the actual situation. During this upgrade, we will completely optimize the perpetual contract system, eliminate "Overnight Funding" and newly add "Funding Rate" to force convergence of prices between the Perpetual Contract Market and the actual underlying commodity.
The details are as follows:
- During the upgrade, exchange trading (including corresponding API functions), leverage trading, deposit and withdrawal services, and all other website functions except contract trading services will run as normal.
- During the upgrade, contract trading services (including the web and app version and the corresponding API functions) and the fund transfer service of contract accounts will be suspended. Operations such as opening, closing, and adjusting positions, along with add margin will not be supported.
- The system will delist market orders once the upgrade is in session. We recommend that you conduct risk control by lowering your position, adding margin, or closing the position in advance. Be sure to cancel all pending orders before the upgrade is scheduled to begin.
