Security Setting Guidance
1.【Two-factor authentication】
Two-factor authentication provides safer login protection. Before you enable the function, you need to bind your cellphone number, google authenticator or email.
For the security of your account, after enabling the function, you have to enter your cellphone SMS code or google authentication code (GA/TOTP) or email verification code everytime when you login.

For APP: Click Icon-Security Center- Two-factor authentication for setting.
2.【Bind your cellphone】
Cellphone SMS verification provide the double protection for your account funds. You can use it when you try to login, withdraw, etc.
For web: Click icon of the homepage— Account Security— SMS Authentication for setting.
For APP: Click Icon-Security Center- SMS for setting.
3.【Bind Google Authenticator】 It is used to authenticate when you need to login, withdraw and modify security settings. If you always cannot receive the SMS code, we suggest you bind Google authenticator.
For web: Click homepage icon-Account Security- Google Authenticator for setting.
For APP: Click Icon-Security Center- Google Auth for setting.
4.【Bind email】
After registering an account with a mobile phone number, it is recommended to bind your email address as soon as possible to receive security notifications and use it when logging in and setting security.
For web: Click icon of the homepage— Account Security— Email for setting.
For APP: Click Icon-Security Center- Bind email address for setting.
5.【Password Setting】
Change the login or Fund password
For web: Click icon of the homepage— Account Security— Login passsword/Fund password for change.
For APP: Click Icon-Security Center- Modify Login Password/Change Assets Password for change.
If you forget password when you login:
For web: Please click “Forget Password” and follow the tips to change.
For app: Please click “Forget Pin” and follow the tips to change.
Note:Login password is set when you register the account, there is 24 hours protection period after you resetting password.
Funds password input frequency and modification
To ensure the assets’ security of accounts, and improve the users’ experience, you can set the funds password input frequency when you do transactions (default input each time, if there is IP change, it still needs input).
For web: Click Icon — Account Security — Fund password for setting: select the setting frequency, here are 4 options: every time, three hours, Login validity period, never.
For APP: Click Icon-Security Center- Trade Authentication for setting.
6. 【Anti-phishing code setting】 “Anti-phishing code”is an icon used to verify Bibox official email, after setting, all the emails from Bibox official will have a anti-phishing code, if there is no such code, the email is fake. For web: Click Icon — Account Security — Anti-phishing Code for setting.
For APP: Click Icon-Security Center- Change Anti-phishing Code for setting.
